Produced water filters are designed to remove mechanical impurities such as clay, sand and rust from water contained in water treatment plants. The main raw material for the water filter is Turkmen polypropylene. The plant currently produces 2 (two) types of water filters. One is to get 5 microns for coarser dirt and the other is 1 micron for finer dirt. The filters are 101 cm long and 6 cm in diameter. The plant has an annual capacity of 100,000 filters. The facility was commissioned in 2017. Our main customers are 35,000 m3 of water per day in Avaza National Tourism Zone and 50,000 m3 of water per day in Kıyanlı and entrepreneurs that produce water.

Our company is engaged in the production of polyethylene and polypropylene rolls, bags and big bags. Our monthly production is 100 tons of rolls. Our products are certified and of high quality. We produce the width of the rolls from 55 cm to 2 meters. We also produce bags of different sizes. We export our products to Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Bulgaria and Moldova. HO “Ayly Shohle” invites investors and business partners to organize a business for the production of wall and roof sandwich panels with polyurethane foam (PUR) and polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) insulation. Sandwich panels are a three-layer building material consisting of two painted galvanized sheets with PIR and PUR heat-insulating filler between them. It is possible to produce sandwich panels with a thickness of 5.8 and 10 cm, a width of 1 m and a length of up to 12 m. The density of the insulation is 35-40 kg / m3. Our product is certified in “Turkmenstandartlary” and has passed a fire resistance test according to class G2 (Ý2). We manufacture products in accordance with the requirements of technical conditions TŞ 16302890-01-2019. Our plant has an average sandwich panel production capacity of 50,000 m2 per month. The price of our sandwich panels is on average 20-30% lower than foreign analogues. We also offer customers the production of sandwich panels at the expense of the buyer's raw materials (on a tolling basis). Options for joint use or sale of the plant for local currency are also being considered.
