A single site, from granulate to loaded truck
Senagat Plastik operates a purpose-built moulding facility in Turkmenbashi, minutes from the Caspian port. Raw HDPE arrives by rail, leaves as finished pallets and filter housings on the same site — no subcontracted steps, no split accountability

02 — Technology
Single-shot injection moulding. No welds to fail.
Every deck is formed in one press cycle, so load paths run through solid polymer instead of joints. Dimensions repeat within tolerance batch after batch — which is what automated racking and washing lines require.
STEP 01
Material intake
Virgin HDPE granulate, dried and dosed with UV stabiliser and colour masterbatch before it reaches the hopper.
STEP 02
Moulding
High-tonnage presses fill the cavity in a single shot under controlled pressure and cooling profile.
STEP 03
Inspection
Weight, geometry and deck flatness are checked per batch; static and dynamic load tests on sampled units.
STEP 04
Loading
Nested and strapped to a fixed count per truck or container, with export paperwork prepared in-house.
