HO “Ayly Shohle” invites investors and business partners to organize a business for the production of wall and roof sandwich panels with polyurethane foam (PUR) and polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) insulation. Sandwich panels are a three-layer building material consisting of two painted galvanized sheets with PIR and PUR heat-insulating filler between them. It is possible to produce sandwich panels with a thickness of 5.8 and 10 cm, a width of 1 m and a length of up to 12 m. The density of the insulation is 35-40 kg / m3. Our product is certified in “Turkmenstandartlary” and has passed a fire resistance test according to class G2 (Ý2). We manufacture products in accordance with the requirements of technical conditions TŞ 16302890-01-2019. Our plant has an average sandwich panel production capacity of 50,000 m2 per month. The price of our sandwich panels is on average 20-30% lower than foreign analogues. We also offer customers the production of sandwich panels at the expense of the buyer's raw materials (on a tolling basis). Options for joint use or sale of the plant for local currency are also being considered.
